Aisling Bea

Aisling is a well-known Irish comedian who has been around for some time. Born in Kildare, Ireland, on 16th March 1984. Bea was on the show with Stephen Fry on QI. Aisling O'Sullivan, more popularly than the stage name Aisling Bea (born on 16 March 1984) is an Irish actress, writer and comedian. Bea's career began in the year 2011 when she began her career as a comic following her appearance in a few part on Irish and British television shows beginning in the year 2009. From 2012 on she was on sitcoms or sketch comedy. She began appearing regularly in panel shows following the win of an award at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards. In 2016, and in 2017, she was a team leader on 8 Out of 10 Cats. Additionally, she was an actress on 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. Her parents include Brian as well as Helen O'Sullivan. She has one younger sister, Sinead. The only female winner of So You Think You're Funny in 2012. Her surname honors the memory of her late father. Aisling O'Sullivan, also referred to as Cliodhnadh Aisling was born in Kildare town in County Kildare. Bea's father Brian was a veterinarian who worked with horses that committed suicide aged three. She didn't discover the reason of death until 13 years later. In honor of her father, she took the stage-name Bea and, in the year 2017, she wrote an article on suicides in her family for The Guardian. Bea was raised alongside her sister Sinead by Helen Moloney. Helen is a secondary teacher, jockey trainer and a former professional racer. Their family was enthralled by racing and horses. Bea began her career as a tour-guide for the Irish National Stud. However Bea realized at an early age that the racing industry wasn't the right fit for her.
